These Terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

PolySystems provides AI-powered tools and services, including but not limited to PolyChat and PolyGent. Our services enable users to interact with advanced AI models for various use cases including content generation, data analysis, and conversational AI.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept all responsibility for activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Engage in any harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
  • Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users
  • Use our services to generate spam, phishing, or inappropriate content

5. Intellectual Property

The services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by PolySystems and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit to our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

6. Subscription and Payment

Certain aspects of our services may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with prior notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolySystems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PolySystems and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PolySystems operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
